Jenzo DuQue is a Colombian American writer, editor, and teacher. He received his MFA from Brooklyn College and resides in Chicago. Jenzo has been awarded fellowships with Yaddo, PERIPLUS Collective, Shenandoah, & The Aspen Institute. Jenzo’s work has been published widely, as well as anthologized in The Best American Short Stories 2021 and in Best Microfiction 2022. He’s served as an editor for The Brooklyn Review, Shenandoah, The Massachusetts Review, and One Story.
Jenzo’s debut short story collection, The Rest of Us, and novel are forthcoming with Viking Books. He is represented by Julie Barer of The Book Group.
